These Terms of Use apply when you use homeselected.garden and the services Homeselected Septic offers through it. If you browse the site, call the number on it, or send a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Do

Homeselected Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks, repair septic systems, drain fields, or sewer lines, or do any plumbing work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Stand on Their Own

The providers you reach are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, permits, licenses, insurance, and conduct. We do not hire, supervise, or direct them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of license and insurance, and get a written quote.

General Information, Not Advice

What you read on this site is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance, or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider. Where it matters, check with your insurer and local health department too.

What We Ask of You

Give accurate information when you reach out. Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts, and Email

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may contact you about your request by phone, text, or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@homeselected.garden.

Who Owns the Content

The site's content and design belong to Homeselected Septic or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Homeselected Septic is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms
