Who We Are

Homeselected Septic is a referral service for septic and sewer problems in Novi, MI and the Novi area. We connect homeowners with independent local providers. That is the whole job, and we like to say so up front.

Why This Site Exists

Most people never think about their tank or sewer line until something goes wrong. A gurgling drain or a soggy patch in the yard sends a first-timer straight to a search box. What comes back is a pile of ads and unclear prices. This site is meant to make that first step calmer. Prep it, then call.

How Providers Are Matched

You tell us what is going on. Maybe the drains are slow, there is an odor, water is pooling outside, or the tank has not been pumped in years. We point that request to a provider in our network that serves your town and handles that kind of job. The provider then talks with you directly about timing and price.

Availability varies by provider and by season. Request a callback to check provider availability.

What We Ask of Providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:

  • Carry the licenses and coverage their area requires
  • Explain the problem in plain words
  • Give a written quote before work begins
  • Respect your yard, your floors, and your time

These are expectations, not promises about any single job. You should still ask questions and compare quotes.

What We Do Not Do

Homeselected Septic does not pump tanks, dig trenches, run cameras, or fix pipes. Independent providers do that work. We do not set prices, and we cannot promise a result. We also do not give legal, engineering, or insurance advice.

Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

How We Are Paid

You do not pay us to request an estimate. Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. Your quote comes from the provider, so get it in writing and read it before you agree.

What You Can Do Before You Call

A few simple steps help a provider understand your problem faster. Spread out laundry loads. Keep a short list of what you notice and when. Find any records of past pumping or repairs. Clear the ground around the tank lid if it is easy to reach. Then know where to stop. Lid stays shut, and digging near buried lines is a job for a pro.
