Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Homeselected Septic wants every visitor to be able to use homeselected.garden, including people with disabilities. This statement shares how we think about it. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make the site usable for as many people as we can. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
How We Approach Access
Here is what we aim to do:
- Organize pages with clear headings and a logical order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let people get around using only a keyboard
- Design pages that work on phones, tablets, and computers
- Use plain, simple wording
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from outside sources, such as embedded tools, may be beyond our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Need Another Way In?
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@homeselected.garden and we will do our part to assist.
Send Us Feedback
We welcome your thoughts on how accessible the site is. Email contact@homeselected.garden and tell us:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device, or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Keep Improving
Accessibility is ongoing work. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
Reach a local provider
Describe your septic or sewer problem and we will match you with a local provider in our network. Request an estimate or ask for a callback.
