How to File a Complaint

We want each homeowner who reaches Homeselected Septic to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Homeselected Septic
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Issue Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work, and customer service. If you have trouble with work on your septic system, sewer line, or plumbing, start by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

Still, we want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Note that Homeselected Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@homeselected.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Send It

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Not Happy With Our Answer?

Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help.
